Res College Symposium 2018 has ended
The symposium is an  inter-college event where students openly discuss the topics explored  within each college’s respective theme.

Every  RC  student will give either a Presentation or a  Poster -  either as a  group  or as an individual project.  Every RC student will also be an audience  member.  

At Registration, you will receive a name tag with your schedule on it.

The Symposium is organized into two, concurrent, sessions: Session I: 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. & Session II: 3:10 p.m. - 4:40 p.m.

The purpose of this presentation is to show the effect that Alzheimer's has on caregivers. Roses in December is a graphic novel by Batiuk, Tom which talks about a fourteen-year struggles of two storylines of characters dealing with the incurable Alzheimer’s disease. The first storyline is about a character called Ralph, who is confronted with the trauma of his wife Helen’s worsening Alzheimer’s. He’s not sure if she even recognize him anymore. The second story line is about two sisters named Lucy and Lilian McKenzie and the struggles Lilian has to go through in order to put Lucy in a nursing home.
