Sustainable  agriculture is an essential part of the solution to climate change. After  determining the importance and necessity of sustainable agriculture, our team  determined an excellent way for every-day people to take proactive actions  towards creating healthier environments: garden sustainably themselves. After  researching growing techniques that emphasize sustainable practices, our team  developed a plan for a model garden--one designed to maximize soil health,  biodiversity, and organic produce yield--for the average Pennsylvanian yard.  This poster seeks to inform the general public about sustainable gardening  practices, and to motivate them to do it.
